Synonyms

Polemon leopoldi is a species of venomous rear-fanged snake in the family Atractaspididae.[2] It is endemic to Africa.[3]

Etymology

The specific name or epithet, leopoldi, is in honor of Leopold III, King of the Belgians.

Geographic range

It is found in Rwanda.[4]
